1. Change of Mind

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds for orders due to a change of mind once the product has been opened.
  • Opened products cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or if the wrong product has been sent to you, please contact us immediately.
  • How to report: Please take clear pictures of the product, including any damages or issues, and send them to us via WhatsApp on the following number: [Your WhatsApp Number].
  • Once we receive the pictures and confirm the issue, we will arrange for free return or refund. There are no charges for returns or refunds in this case.

3. Return & Refund Process

  • If the product is eligible for a return or refund, the process will be handled at no additional cost to you. We will cover the return shipping charges.
  • A full refund will be issued once we have received and inspected the returned item. If you prefer, we can offer a replacement for the defective or incorrect product.

4. Conditions for Return

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened. Once opened, the product is non-returnable.
  • Returned products must be in the same condition as when they were received, in the original packaging with any seals intact.

5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • The processing time for refunds may take 5-7 business days depending on your payment provider or bank.

1. دماغ کی تبدیلی (Change of Mind)

  • ایک بار ہم تصاویر موصول کر لیں اور مسئلہ کی تصدیق کر لیں، ہم مفت واپسی یا رقم کی واپسی کا انتظام کریں گے۔ اس صورت میں واپسی یا رقم کی واپسی پر کوئی اضافی چارجز نہیں ہوں گے۔

3. واپسی اور رقم کی واپسی کا عمل (Return & Refund Process)

  • اگر پروڈکٹ واپسی یا رقم کی واپسی کے لیے اہل ہے، تو اس کا عمل آپ کے لیے مفت ہوگا۔ ہم واپسی کی شپنگ کے اخراجات بھی برداشت کریں گے۔
  • مکمل رقم کی واپسی اس وقت کی جائے گی جب ہم واپس کی گئی مصنوعات وصول کر کے اس کا معائنہ کر لیں گے۔ اگر آپ چاہیں تو ہم متاثرہ یا غلط پروڈکٹ کا متبادل بھی فراہم کر سکتے ہیں۔

4. واپسی کی شرائط (Conditions for Return)

  • واپسی کے لیے پروڈکٹ کھلا نہیں ہونا چاہیے۔ ایک بار کھلنے کے بعد پروڈکٹ واپس نہیں کیا جا سکتا۔
  • واپسی کی جانے والی مصنوعات کو اسی حالت میں ہونا چاہیے جیسا کہ آپ نے اسے وصول کیا تھا، اصل پیکیجنگ میں اور تمام سیلز کے ساتھ۔

5. رقم کی واپسی کی پروسیسنگ (Refund Processing)

  • رقم کی واپسی اصل ادائیگی کے طریقے پر کی جائے گی جو آپ نے خریداری کے وقت استعمال کیا تھا۔
  • رقم کی واپسی کی پروسیسنگ کا وقت 5-7 کاروباری دن تک ہو سکتا ہے، جو آپ کے ادائیگی فراہم کنندہ یا بینک پر منحصر ہے۔
